    Yes, there are no restrictions on the types of destinations to which you can multistream. For example, you could simultaneously stream to five Facebook pages and three YouTube channels if you wished

    Technically no limit. You can multistream to any number of destination as you wish

    Oncast offers direct integration with Facebook, YouTube,Twitter, and Instagram. Additionally, you can stream to other platforms such as Amazon Live, Vimeo, Loco, Twitch and more using our custom RTMP feature.

  • For whom is Oncast best suited?

    Oncast is ideal for anyone looking to restream and videos for various purposes, including gaming, live church services, television broadcasts, or busines conferences..

  • What is Credits?

    Credits are the unit of measurement for streaming usage on Oncast.in. Instead of fixed subscription plans, you now pay based on how much bitrate you use and the number of platforms you stream to. This allows for more flexibility and cost efficiency.

  • What is the new credit-based system?

    Our new system charges based on actual usage. 1 credit allows streaming a total of 10 Mbps for 1 hour. Your credit usage depends on the bitrate and number of platforms you stream to.

  • How is credit usage calculated?

    Credits are calculated based on total Mbps streamed per hour. The formula is:

    Time Used × Bitrate Credits × Number of Platforms. Also The peak platform count is used for calculation

  • How many credits do I use for different streaming scenarios?
    • Streaming at 5 Mbps to 2 platforms → 1 credit per hour
    • Streaming at 5 Mbps to 3 or 4 platforms → 2 credits per hour
    • Streaming at 2 Mbps to 5 platforms → 1 credit per hour
    • Streaming at 10 Mbps to 5 platforms → 5 credits per hour
    • Streaming at 10 Mbps to 4 platforms → 4 credits per hour
  • What happens if I stream for less than 1 hour?

    Credit deductions are based on actual usage. For example, if you stream for 30 minutes at 5 Mbps to 2 platforms, you will use 0.5 credits.

  • How can I check my remaining credits?

    You can view your available credits on your Oncast.in dashboard under the "Credits & Usage" section.

  • What happens if I run out of credits during a stream?

    If you run out of credits mid-stream, your stream will automatically pause. You can top up credits to continue streaming without interruption.

  • How do I purchase more credits?

    You can purchase credits anytime through your Oncast.in account. We offer various packages to suit different streaming needs.

  • Does unused credit carry over to the next month?

    Unused credits will only carry forward if you recharge before expiry. If you do not recharge before the expiry date, any remaining credits will be lost.
