OnCast Refund Policy

At OnCast, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience. If you are not satisfied with your OnCast account for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Refund Eligibility

No refunds of prepaid, unused fees shall be issued due to your decision to close your Account unless:

  • OnCast has suffered a general or partial network outage or a technical problem that prevented you from broadcasting to your configured output destinations for at least twenty-four (24) consecutive hours.
  • You have encountered other issues with access to the Site and our support team has been unable to resolve such issues in the seven (7) day period after your issue is reported.

Refund Process

Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days of receipt of your request.

Refund Exceptions

No refunds will be issued due to Account closure if you didn't face issues using our Services. OnCast holds the absolute right to decline to issue a refund.
